On 02-05-21, we received a JPAY from Mr. Campos...

"Hello, how r u doing ? As for me, I'm doing fine as usually. I've been wondering how is everything over there... :-)
I haven't hear from anyone who penpal that will write me yet..
So, let you know that Globe-Tech link company outbid Jpay company. CDCR have contracts with Globe-Tech Link. the email is cheaper as 0.05¢ for email. and a lot of more, free tablets. it much better for everyone who can afford e-mail back n forth than Jpay.
it will happen on April 2021. :-)"
